There might be bogarts creeping by.
There might be bats about to fly.
If I am brave, I’ll be ok.
There might be giants on the hill.
There might be goblins poised to kill.
If I am brave, I’ll be ok.
There might be lions, even bears,
There might be wolves in leery lairs.
If I am brave, I’ll be ok.
There might be goats and ugly trolls.
There might be thieves on grassy knolls.
If I am brave, I’ll be ok.
There might be dragons to be found
But where there’s danger all around
If I am brave, I’ll be ok.
I know it’s just a silly book,
But even so I dare not look.
