It's Steven Henry!

Steven Henry began drawing dinosaurs and superheroes as a first grader and eventually became the cartoonist for his high school newspaper, The Eagle. He’s worked as a display artist at Tower Records and Macy’s, and eventually began designing and illustrating websites and games for clients like Nickelodeon and PBS Kids. His first children’s book illustrations appeared in Ella The Elegant Elephant (2004), which was turned into an animated series for Disney Junior in 2014. Since then he’s illustrated several other books under the names Steven D’Amico and Steven Henry, including The Hanukkah Hop!, It’s Raining Bats & Frogs and A Lucky Author Has A Dog. 

Steven works out of his studio in Seattle, USA and in 2015 completed the wonderful It's Raining Bats and Frogs with our very own Rebecca Colby! He's illustrated lots and lots of other books as well which have featured funfairs and fish, dancing and dreaming.
