Funny poet - Alex Craggs

Alex is the tall chap next to the small chaps in front of London’s Olympic Stadium. Through reading and seeing the wonderful stories and illustrations designed for small people, he realised he could do it too.

By day Alex works in IT, but by night dons the red pants to write, illustrate and paint - sometimes with just one line! Alex is not urban enough to rap (he lives in a country village), so writes silly poems, picture books and novels instead. His current project is best described as '1984 with comedy aliens.'

Alex's day job means he is unavailable for school visits.

Let them have fun
