I love to have a bubble bath, To get all nice and clean. But then my brother has one next… And turns it green! I love to eat a slice of cheese, A taste I find supreme. But then my brother cuts a piece… And turns it green! I love to watch the butterfly, Just flutter by a scene. But then my brother breathes on it… And turns it green! I love to wear a pretty dress, And look just like The Queen. But then my brother touches it… And turns it green! I love to watch my small tree grow, It dies, I cry, “Life’s mean!” But then my brother waters it… And turns it green! WELL… I wasn’t expecting that! Now… I love my brother even though, he smells like a sardine. But when I give him a big hug… He turns ME green! PLUS! I grew this stunning extra eye… And pretty button nose! I love your poem Alex - it sums up sibling relationships perfectly. Although my sister never turned anything green she did sneak into my room and draw mustaches on all my posters. Of course I used to 'borrow' things from her room - the majority of which were never seen again. However we always have BIG hugs for one another (eventhough she's the one who smells like a sardine - tee hee)

Thanks Meagan, I've two little boys and I'm pretty sure they turn each other green from time to time!
